As our Senior Pricing Actuary, you'll play a key role in shaping sustainable pricing strategies that support growth, deliver value for customers, and strengthen Zurich's market position. Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you'll combine deep actuarial expertise with commercial insight to help drive better business decisions across our Life Insurance portfolio.

This is an opportunity to influence outcomes across the business, working closely with product, underwriting, sales, finance and regional stakeholders. You'll contribute to innovative customer solutions while helping Zurich continue its transformation into a more digital, data-driven insurer.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Leading the development and enhancement of premium rates to support profitable growth
• Delivering robust actuarial analysis and clear pricing recommendations to stakeholders
• Providing expert actuarial advice to support business and customer outcomes
• Collaborating across product, underwriting, sales, finance and regional teams
• Communicating complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of pricing capabilities, tools and frameworks

You are someone who brings a strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and sound judgement. You enjoy working collaboratively, are open to learning, and take pride in making a genuine difference in the moments that matter.

To be successful, you will have the following:

• Actuarial Fellowship qualification with post-qualification Life Insurance experience
• Strong understanding of the Australian Financial Services market and distribution channels
• Deep knowledge of life insurance products, insurance contracts and pricing principles
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic problem-solving and financial management capability
• Experience influencing stakeholders and mentoring or supporting junior team members
